Sales Director

BlueFinch-ESBD is a trusted supplier of advanced data integration solutions with more than 10 years of experience serving customers in all sectors. We are specialists in network security, security and in particular MFT (file transfers) and integration solutions. Around 30 people work in offices in the Netherlands and France. With our specialised engineers and solid network, we successfully serve the large Enterprise organisations in the Benelux, France and the Nordics. In these countries we are runner-up or market leader in our segment.

Function

As the new Sales Director you will manage and further expand the sales team. You are ultimately responsible for the sales team in the Benelux and the Nordics. You work on the objectives and KPIs and redefine them if necessary. You are an empathetic leader who naturally gives impetus and energy to your team. You build your network, are creative and find new ways to make the team successful. You have analytical skills and gain insight into development issues and you are curious about customer needs and market trends. Based on all this, you develop the offering where new solutions can be added to the current portfolio. You have experience with long-cycle software processes and have some knowledge of technical-, system- or security software. If the Sales Director’s role is successfully fulfilled, there will be opportunities to acquire shares in the long term.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Master’s Degree / working and thinking level
5 to 8 years of management experience in complex ICT solutions
Experience in setting up and expanding sales teams
Analytical, sharp, decision maker
Natural and empathetic leader
Creative in and with processes
You speak English, Dutch is a plus
