To strengthen our growth, we are seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling software or data-driven solutions to medium-sized and large enterprises.

Territory:              France / Switzerland / Belgium / Luxembourg

Contract Type:     Full-time, permanent

Your Mission

As part of the Sales Department, you will be responsible for developing BlueFinch-ESBD’s business across your assigned territory.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of clients and partners
  • Identifying new business opportunities and managing them through the full sales cycle
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels (technical, operational, and executive)
  • Advising clients on secure data management, integration, and automation solutions adapted to their business needs
  • Collaborating closely with Presales, Services, Marketing, and Vendor Partner teams to deliver tailored and value-driven solutions
  • Representing BlueFinch-ESBD at industry events and maintaining a visible market presence
  • Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date, and providing regular activity and forecast reports

As the company continues to grow, this position may evolve towards wider regional or sector-specific responsibilities.

Your Profile

To succeed in this position, you bring:

  • At least five years of experience in B2B software or IT solution sales
  • A proven record of success in complex, long-cycle sales to mid-market or enterprise clients
  • A good understanding of secure data exchange, integration, or SaaS-based solutions
  • A consultative sales approach and the ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
  • Well-organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential; other European languages would be an advantage

Understanding of (a plus)

  • MFT, API, Integration, LAN, WAN, EDI
  • Cloud, SaaS, PaaS architectures
  • Security, Compliance, GDPR, Data Protection Regulations
  • Data automation and encryption standards

Remuneration

Competitive fixed salary plus performance-related bonus, depending on experience and results.
